My name is Dr. Andrew Gorecki, owner of Superior Physical Therapy here in Traverse City. I have three young boys Gibson (7) , Max (5) and Oliver (4). My wife and I started Superior Physical Therapy in 2011 and have been blessed by the community. We enjoy learning, traveling, being active outside as much as possible.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have a family of 5, my wife Erin Gorecki, Gibson, Max and Oliver
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
My current careers is a business owner with 19 employees. My future Career includes growing my current business in ways that helps more people. I love most about being a business owner and physical therapist is that I can help people transform their lives by eliminating pain and getting back to normal again naturally.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
I love Red Ginger and Stellas.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community? What brought you to Grand Traverse County?
I have lived and worked in GTC since 2009 and my first job out of graduate school brought us here.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
I find the elderly population who have lived here their entire lives very interesting.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I would travel to St Lucia
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
I love dumb funny movies. Dumb and Dumber comes to mind
Q: What advice would you give to people who want to visit our community?
Make sure you get outside and preferably on the water somewhere
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Visiting all of the national parks with my wife when we retire
Q: What current or former local business makes you feel the most nostalgic about our community?
I love slabtown because of the old pictures of TC
Q: If you could choose anyone today with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would you all meet for this lunch?*
Probably my dad locally at our house

I love the golfing and boating community

Watching my kids play highschool sports

If I’m not learning something I tend to get depressed
